Today I stopped in Trader Joe’s to pick up some groceries and the most amazing thing happened. As I made my way through the produce aisle I placed two large artichokes in my basket when this woman said to me, “I would love to come to your house to see what you do with all of that,” pointing to my cart. I was delighted that she noticed and told her she didn’t have to come to my house because I just started a food channel while handing her my card.
I proceeded to tell her about the artichokes and how it is my most favorite food, how I’ve eaten baked/stuffed artichokes all my life. She also wanted to hear all about my new food channel if this was the food I choose.
Baked Stuffed Sicilian Style Artichokes are not easy to make and takes hours. However, they are the most delicious food in the world!!! I admit some people don’t have a taste for artichokes (maybe they once tried them steamed and dipped in mayo, yuck).
