4 Low-Carb wraps (any brand)
1 cup fresh Hummus
2 grated carrots
1/4 cup chopped Sun Dried Tomatoes (in oil)
1 clove crushed Garlic (optional)
1 chopped Roasted Red Pepper
1/2 cup chopped Spinach or Spring Greens
1/4 cup chopped Fresh Basil
1/4 cup chopped Fresh Cilantro
1/2 cup fresh sprouts (optional)
Instructions
Spread hummus on wrap. Add everything else on top of hummus. Roll up and eat or slice for an appetizer.
