Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 or 2 medium avocados
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 small limes (juice)
- 1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley leaves
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Mix well in small blender until creamy. Serve chilled.
