Ingredients

- 2 cups oats
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts
- 1/4 cup pecan halves
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
Roast about 10 minutes on 350*
Blend in:
- 1/3 cup dried cherries
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp chia or basil seeds
- pinch salt
In a separate bowl mix the following:
- 2-3 egg whites – whip to a froth
- Add in 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup olive oil or coconut oil
Mix all ingredients together well. Spread into a 8×11 glass pan.
Bake 20-30 minutes in a preheated 350* oven, mixing halfway. For a crunchier granola, turn oven off after 30 minutes and leave in for another 5-10 minutes, checking after 5.

Let cool before serving.
