Whipped Evaporated Milk

Ingredients:

12 oz. can Evaporated Milk
1 tsp. Maple Syrup (or other sweetener)
1 tsp. Vanilla or other flavored Extract
pinch Cream of Tarter

Step 1

Pour evaporated milk into small mixer bowl and place the beaters into mixture.

Freeze for about 30 minutes.

Step 2

Beat on high speed for 1 minute or until very frothy. Gradually add cream of tarter, sweetener, and vanilla extract; continue beating for 2 minutes or until mixture is stiff.

NOTE: Difficult to achieve stiff peaks with humidity.
